What started as a sewing group now includes knitting and crochet in addition to patchwork, quilting and more. We don't pretend to be experts but enjoy sharing our knowledge and exploring new techniques.

We usually all work on the same small individual projects and are currently jointly making an applique quilt which we plan to donate to Project Linus, a charity which gives quilts to sick children.

Unfortunately we are full at the moment but if you are interested, please email us on the email address above and we will put your name on the waiting list.

  • April meeting - the date for the April meeting has changed to 28th April 2025 due to the Easter break

Needlecraft Report

We continue to meet on the third Monday morning of the month at my home in Gorleston. Our projects have again been varied and some have been more complicated taking several months to complete. We have made etui boxes, Christmas bells and felt decorations and material pictures depicting the four seasons. We hope to have some of this work on show at the AGM.

Unfortunately, as we meet in my home, we have limited space so are unable to take new members at the moment. I would be happy to help anyone who wants to start up another group.
